2. HOW TO ORDER
We prefer you order online through our secure server with a credit card. You can also order by phone We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal as a form of payment.

Online:
Shopping online Tackleboxes2Go is safe and convenient. Our secure servers are guaranteed to protect your credit card information.
1. Browse our catalog for products
2. Select the amount of items you would like.
3. Click the Submit button.
4. Confirm the correct item was added to the Cart.
5. Adjust any quantities and click Update Quantities.
6. Either click the Checkout button or the Keep Shopping button.
7. If you clicked Keep Shopping, just click the Your Shopping Cart link to return.
8. When you are back in the Cart, click the Checkout button to continue.
9. Complete the Shipping Information and click the Continue button.
10. Complete the Billing Information and click Place Order to finish.

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return new and unused items in the original box with all accessories within 30 days for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged, less any shipping fees incurred by the seller or purchaser. Special orders are not returnable. In order to receive a refund, all merchandise must posses the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers. Defective merchandise shall be returned directly to the manufacturer under their return policy; we can help you with that. All returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please, clearly print/type your name and address on the outside of the package. Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. Tackleboxes2Go reserves the sole right to refuse the return of any item in which the purchaser has made previous multiple returns or if the product has been used. In addition, we will not accept orders from customers that have demonstrated a high incidence of returns after purchase.

Please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to returning the merchandise.

4. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipments within the contiguous 48 US States:
Tackleboxes2Go is via UPS Ground service within the contiguous 48 US States. If you prefer faster shipping, please select UPS 3 Day Select. Most in-stock items are shipped within 3 business days. Tracking Numbers and status are available through the Order Status sent to you when item(s) ship.

5. OUR PRICES
At Tackleboxes2Go we make every effort to provide you with the lowest prices, while adhering to our manufacturer's minimum retail pricing. All prices and descriptions listed are subject to change without notice. Any product may be removed from current sale at any time. We strive to provide the most accurate information to our customers. Typographic or photographic errors are subject to correction. Tackleboxes2Go reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of a product transaction in respect to any product or quantity of products, based solely on its own discretion and in accordance with any and all US and international laws. This right shall exist at all times, even after an order confirmation has been placed. This restriction is subject to change without prior notice under the sole discretion of Tackleboxes2Go.

6. OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
About 95% of our orders ship within 3 business days. Though we do our best to make sure the products we offer are always available, we occasionally run out of particular items. If an item you order is unavailable we will backorder the item and attempt to ship for 30 days. If an item becomes available after 30 days we will contact you prior to shipping.

7. SALES TAX
Tackleboxes2Go is located in Mequon, Wisconsin, USA. We are required by law to collect a 5.6% Wisconsin State sales tax on orders delivered within Wisconsin only.
